How can I refund items?

Please check all the product’s quality and quantity after delivery.

Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, conditional upon the fact that the product is in its original packaging. The quality of the product being returned must be the same as when it was received. To return a product, please contact us at the given number: 0333-1177350

What are the exchange, return and refund policies for Omron Pakistan?

Any product may be returned within 7 days of purchase if the packing is not opened. If you have opened the packing and are not satisfied with it, please call 0333-1177350 and the customer care agent will guide you accordingly, You can select from the below options for returning your product/s.

Option 1

You can directly return your product/s directly to D13, Ground Floor, Al-Hilal Society, Karachi East Gulshan Town, once we receive your products at Omron Pakistan. we will return your amount to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash.

Option 2

Our partner courier will pick it up from your delivery address. Once we receive your products at Omron Pakistan, We will deduct the delivery charges from your order amount and return the rest to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash.

If you suspect your product has been tampered with, please be sure to keep the original product and product packaging if possible. We’ll provide instructions on how to send the product back.
